Use it
Parley is free to read for personal, non-commercial use. Take the quiz, print your ballot, share links, copy quotes (with attribution).
Don't republish wholesale
You can't scrape Parley and rehost large portions on your own site. Don't build a competing voter guide on top of our research, don't use our content to train a commercial model. Linking and short citation are fine and encouraged.
No promise of perfection
We do our best to be accurate and current. We don't guarantee it. Always confirm registration, polling place, and election rules with the official PA sources before you vote.
No warranty
Parley is provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Use it at your own discretion. The site may change or go down.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Parley and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes proceed in the courts of Bucks County, PA.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted prominently on the site for at least 14 days before they take effect.
